Manager – Strategic Projects
Location: Milton, Brisbane (Hybrid Flexibility) Remuneration: $200,000 + Superannuation Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: Immediate
On behalf of a leading, person-centred community services provider, we are seeking an Manager of Strategic Projects to join the Office of the CEO. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Projects, you will serve as the "engine room" for a transformative expansion phase.
As the organisation executes an ambitious strategic plan to double its service reach, you will drive enterprise-wide transformation across 13 aged care facilities and a diverse community services portfolio encompassing disability, mental health, and youth justice.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Spearhead large-scale projects and organisational reviews aligned with a high-growth strategy and the evolving legislative landscape.
- Enterprise Transformation: Lead the "People First" transition, ensuring rapid growth remains anchored in a servant-hearted mission.
- Regulatory Navigation: Ensure operational excellence across 13 aged care sites within heavily compliant and evolving regulatory frameworks.
- Impact-Driven Analysis: Evaluate project success through a dual lens: robust financial metrics and tangible quality-of-life outcomes for residents and clients.
